The Northumberland County Council for the Arts offers programs designed to provide opportunities for people of all ages to experience, participate in, and enjoy the arts.
Youth Acting Program
Our acting program provides children and young adults with the opportunity to develop their acting skills, build confidence, and experience the excitement of performing on stage. Each year, participants work together to produce a full theatrical production.
Anthracite Symphonic Band
The Anthracite Symphonic Band brings the enjoyment of live concert music to our community through performances throughout the year. The band provides opportunities for musicians to share their talents while bringing quality musical performances to audiences of all ages.
Supporting the Arts
Through our programs, the Northumberland County Council for the Arts strives to make the arts accessible to everyone while encouraging creativity, education, and community involvement.
